The idea of creating POLegal was born from personal experience. Going through the legalization process ourselves, we realized how much simpler and more humane this process can be made.
It all started with helping friends and acquaintances, and later grew into a systemic work: a team of specialists, a well-established structure, digital solutions.
Now POLegal is a service where you are treated as a person, and not as another “case”.

Legalization in Poland on the basis of business. The process of legalization based on your own business has many nuances and difficulties. We took the right into our own hands and achieved the best possible result – the maximum term for obtaining a residence permit.

Obtaining of a temporary residence permit (TRC) on the basis of a job for a young doctor. The submission of a complete package of documents is completed with a minimal participation of the client. The result is a document for the maximum term.

Transferring the case of obtaining a residence permit from another city to Warsaw after a negative experience with another company. A perfect example of our confidence and competence. When the client contacted us, the other company abandoned her case and stopped contacting her. The result of working with us was transferring the case to the appropriate authority and obtaining a residence permit for the maximum period.

A Ukrainian sound producer, engineer, and rapper from Kharkiv. He has worked with artists such as Lil Morty, LIL KRYSTALLL, and White Punk. Yuriy specifically requested international protection in Poland. We assessed his chances, prepared the necessary documents, and then worked with him until he achieved a positive outcome.
